Waco News-Tribune, Waco, Texas, December 14, 1891: Albert Boggess and Nannie Elizabeth Shivers Boggess were the father in law and mother in law of Nina Higginbotham. Albert moved to Texas after the Civil War and was a long time mathematics professor at Baylor.
